What can I expect during my Clinic Visit?

If you are a NEW patient
- arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to complete a plethora of
paper work...
-
If you prefer...print out
the paper work BEFORE you get here and this will speed
the process tremendously. To find these forms -
click "Patient
Forms".

After all of your paper
work and insurance forms are completed, the office staff
will bring you back as soon as a room is available.

Dr. Brady TRIES his best to
stay on time and usually does so.
However...exceptions do occur so please understand if he
runs a little late - he promises to spend as much time
with you as you need to understand your orthopaedic
problem and treatment options.
Things to do to make your clinic visit better...

Please feel free to ask Dr.
Brady anything...there are no 'bad' questions.

If you have a shoulder
problem - wear some sort of tank-top if possible.

Bring some of your work or
a good book in case things are running behind.
-
Please remember to bring
all your insurance information.

During your clinic visit,
feel free to ask Dr. Brady if you want or need something.
(For
example if you need a note for school or work...Dr. Brady
won't know unless you ASK!)
