Everyone's insurance plan
is different. In general you are responsible for
your co-payment during each visit, and a percentage of
your bill. That percentage is what typically
differs between various insurance companies.
For 90 days after a surgery
- you will not pay any co-pays...all post-operative care
is covered by your surgery fee as long as your aftercare
appointments are related to
the surgery.
