Again he graduated near the top of his class and then entered his 5 year orthopaedic training at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. As a chief resident he also served as assistant team physician for the Demon Deacons football team. He was honored to be chosen (over 100 other applicants) to complete a year long one-on-one mentorship with one of the greatest shoulder surgeons in the world - Dr. Stephen Burkhart. His year in San Antonio studying under Dr. Burkhart transformed his medical career and allowed him to bring world-class surgical skills to Knoxville, Tennessee when he joined Tennessee Orthopaedic Clinics.
His Christian faith has played a huge role in why Dr. Brady has chosen the profession of orthopaedic surgery.
